SofaSea - The Digital Archive (Windows Version)

This project is a digital archive and spatial reconstruction of SofaSea, an independent art space I previously founded during the pandemic. From the beginning, SofaSea operated through collaborative management and supported activities such as film screenings, public discussions, DIY workshops, small exhibitions, and experimental theater, organized by both the space and its guests. Initially oriented toward student communities, it gradually developed into a broader cultural platform that welcomed participants from diverse social backgrounds. Beyond functioning as an event venue, the space supported dialogue, mutual support, and shared everyday experiences.

After SofaSea’s closure in June 2024, I began creating this digital reconstruction. Using 3D modeling, the project rebuilds the former space as a virtual environment. By incorporating gamified elements and object-based interactions, the work invites visitors to explore the environment and discover subtle traces of the activities that once took place there.
